During WW2 we bombed the Germans and the Japanese without regard of whether they’re military or not. The Germans had the best chance of overthrowing Hitler, and even though a few tried, the majority of Germans just sat back and let Hitler have his way. Same with the Japanese and their war mongering military government. Notice Tojo never was where his troops were fighting. The only Axis power of the time, Italy, actually did overthrow their dictator and joined the allies. So the same should happen to Gaza. Bomb them all or the civilians should rise up against Hamas and kill the Hamas leaders and hang their bodies upside down, like what happened to Mussolini. Put the rest of Hama in prison than hang them for crimes against humanity.
