“So which state is he from?” He’s not – He’s from El Salvador. The SC ruled that he was eligible for deportation – just not the particular prison that he was sent to because his life could be in danger from rival gang members. So he needs to be sent to one of the other prisons in El Salvador, not back to the US.
The SCOTUS proved they are idiots because they believe they have the authority to specify which prison he goes to. The only authority is to endure he is DEPORTED because he is in direct violation of a LONG-STANDING immigration law. They also have NO authority to dictate how the President enforces the LAW, as long as he is doing it legally. The only decision they should have made is whether he is legally in the US or not. Any one of the SCOTUS jesters who claims he belongs in the US should immediately be remov from their position and replaced with someone who knows the law and Constitution.
