We tried this in the early 80s with the Subaru Brat. Didn’t last long. Can’t haul a heavy pay load so you’d have to make multiple trips wasting time and gas. I’ll keep my big over priced American Pick Up!
US should make a small truck without all “smart stuff” added. If they would ask a reasonable price, many more buyers would be interested. Henry Ford made small cars that everyone wanted.
