So true. Chicago has been declining for many years. Yes, there are maybe a few areas that are okay but most are not safe despite what some will say.. There were 8 teens shot in the downtown area after the Christmas tree lighting last nite (1 dead). Johnson and Pritzger need to go. Wake up Chicago!!!!!
