NO, they do not need to waste time telling them to cease and desist, they need to immediately disbar them. Any judge and prosecutor that files a case that is OBVIOUSLY/UNDENIABLY a violation of the Constitution, that the Supreme Court will undoubtably reverse, should not be practicing law because they do NOT understand or support the Constitution. If this were done, there would soon be NO MORE leftist judges, prosecutors/attorneys general.
