Indictments can be had because there are enough enforcement officers willing to legitimately investigate. The problem is, that in places Like D.C., New York, Chicago, L.A. and the like , the legal systems judges are so corrupt that you can’t procure convictions, REGARDLESS OF THE EVIDENCE. Investigate the Judges, and they will be judged by their own, then acquitted. What can be done within the confines of the now very compromised law?

And recently lied about denying the National Guard that President Trump had asked for that day, after initially admitting that she had done so. What liars we have!! Byrd needs to face a murder charge, IMO. He had been known to be a reckless officer, leaving his gun unattended etc., but I imagine DEI entered into his getting by with that and the murder of Babbitt, IMO. He not only was promoted, he was given protection, at our expense, for a while after he murdered Ashli, from what I’ve been able to read.
