When building a case against people this entrenched that OWN the Judiciary and the Democrat Party you had better make your case bulletproof, which can take time. The fact that nearly everybody KNOWs that they are guilty, getting this into court, let alone winning is not a foregone conclusion. In a just world Hillary should have swung on the gallows years ago.
