I so agree. Dealing with the customer service reps who barely speak English is unconscionable. They do not understand anything, just red from a script and Heaven forbid you ask anything off script, they have no idea what you’re talking about. When you ask for their supervisor which is our right as consumers, they put you on hold and never return.
It frighten me is that they have access to your personal information, including your SS#. A lot of big business are using oversea customer services like Amazon, doctor offices…..

Customer service reps could be located in India or Timbuktu, for that matter.
