Scotty, really nice presentation – I worked in the Energy Industry for over 40 years, from in and around Oil Refineries to Captain of Drill Ships, drilling in water over a mile deep. It’s a fascinating industry. Now retired, I now find myself on a planning board tasked with approving massive industrial scale Solar Projects. Every form of energy development has its positive and negative impacts but without it there is no economy. Electric Car adoption to scale will require massive amounts of additional electricity. I’ve seen “green energy projects” that involve clear cutting and bulldozing hundreds of acres of forest. There is no free lunch.
