This is why california, Oregan, and Washington refuse to do the same.
Dems must hate an honest election as they could never win without cheating. Why not? Because they put crooked, paid off people on the ballot then have to cheat on the voting process with false ballots, rigged voting machines, etc. anyone with a brain can see how hopeless their candidates are.
