I 110% believe the Secret Service helped set this up! There is no way every single one of the Security Team would overlook this building top and allow this to happen. Someone with ZERO experience in security would have never left that rooftop unprotected!!!
WTH The guy scoped out the situation in advance and then, when the time came, climes up on the roof. Question. If he chose that spot in advance how did he know no one would be ON THAT ROOF when he got there.
