This arrest stinks of Liberal misapplication of law. Any idiot can see the facts, even to arriving in a stolen car. These home invaders with guns, crowbar and intent were not selling cookies. Jailing this man for protecting his life and home should result in him suing the hell out of this stupid police force. No wonder California is in the toilet! Vote Democrat and watch your state disintegrate!
If the homeowner did not shoot the invader, the invader would have killed the 77 year old homeowner. But would the state of CA have punished the criminal? NO! He would get a slap on the wrist, and they would have to hand the criminal his crowbar, so he can rob, and kill his next victim. No wonder people are leaving that state as quickly as they can. They should tar, & feather Nuisance, and run him out of the state. I hope they would also kick out his wife, the Phorno Queen. These people can’t fathom that God is going to send them to Hell. They think that if God does not exist, in their mind, nothing will happen to them. There has not been a democrat who has been admitted to Heaven in a very long time. They have so much Karma, on their soul, that they don’t have to face God. The Hell hounds will drag them away, before they enter the Gates of Heaven. Oh ya, how do I know this? I have been lucky to have died several times, and I am a BFF, of my Lord Jesus Christ. I can stay as long as I want, and when I return to Earth, time picks up from the moment I left.
