I live in Chicago and I’ve been caught by the police with drugs, caught once with unregistered firearms and been pulled over drunk a bunch of times. I never went to jail because I’m white. Chicago cops are racist and I have benefited from white privilege.
When I was starting my business I went up to the all white north shore to sell my product door to door. If my black friend tried that the cops would have been called after he knocked on the first door!

As Charly stated the study done in Harlem and prosperity the blacks experienced in the 40, 50 and to the mid 60’s was a great time. Then came the 1964 civil right bill. The bill was not needed. But like the machine could and will destroy the blacks and they did. What your calling white privilege it true only with in the city of Chicago. Outside the city not so much. How do I know.
