People do not be so easily mislead . This is a deliberate set up by the defense attorney. Everyone knows that any black he would have put on the jury would vote that he was innocent, no matter how obviously guilty he was . If the defense wins this case which I doubt , the problem is solved, but the defense attorney knows it is a losing case therefore he or another attorney like him will simply claim that the poor black youth did not get a fair trial that the all white jury was prejudiced against him. It was not a jury of his peers even though he himself chose no blacks . This way they have bought time and guaranteed themselves a second opportunity to free this ghetto criminal who in a premeditated fashion stabbed the white youth to death .
