This is very old info. Judicial Watch reported, years ago, that more than several counties reported percentages ranging from 100% to over 200+% of voters voting. What was significantly WORSE was, these percentages were not representing “Eligible Voters,” these were percentages that eclipsed the county’s ENTIRE population, i.e., 100% more than the county’s population! As is said far too often in America today, “You Just Can’t Make This Schiff Up.”
