Nurse here! The first thing I noticed in the video of Charlie was how he was “decorticate posturing” as soon as he was shot, meaning it was a deadly injury to his spine/brain stem. There’s no way that bullet was under his skin. Just please know this also prevented him from feeling any pain as well.
Why would they need an autopsy when the cause of death is obvious? Whether or not an autopsy done is the family’s decision.
